All internal staff, totaling more than 70 individuals, participate in the monthly programs of the Get Work Academy. On this day, employees from all offices, spanning from Nyíregyháza to Nagykanizsa, embark on a journey. For instance, recruiters, financial specialists, administrators, office managers, payroll accountants travel to spend a day together at the company's Budapest headquarters. The sessions have several objectives, including internal communication, brand building, knowledge transfer, discussion of emerging issues, and finding solutions.

For employees working in small rural offices, it's a colorful opportunity to engage with a larger community, to receive firsthand information about the current news, plans of the corporate group, and the most pressing labor and employment law issues.
